Scenario Developers: The contractor shall develop and dynamically adjust exercise data and troubleshoot system network interfaces/applications in support of the integration of IEWTPT and the Army Program of Record intelligence systems. Must have current in-depth knowledge and understanding of Combined, Joint and Army Doctrine, Training Management; knowledge of evolving Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) as well as understanding of current and evolving Threat doctrine; understanding of Army Decisive Action missions. The Contractor shall produce deliverables in a Government-specified format and deliver them to the COR/Government POC or Surveillance Support Personnel (SSP). All materials shall be the exclusive property of the Government. Throughout the length of the contract, the Contractor shall update materials, and coordinate all materials with the Government for approval

Six years' Military Intelligence experience, must possess a Bachelor's degree (or comparable level of on the job experience).

Eighty percent of the CMEs will be located at Ft. Huachuca, and twenty percent of the CMEs will be located at Ft. Eustis. Of the five CMEs at Ft. Huachuca, one CME must possess six years of experience in Human Intelligence (within the last ten years); one CME must possess six years of experience with at least three of those years tactical in Signals Intelligence (within the last ten years). The SIGINT Scenario Developer must also have a current approved CI Scope Polygraph (CSP); one CME must possess six years of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (within the last ten years); one CME must possess six years of experience, including investigations, collections, operations, and analysis and production, in Counter Intelligence (within the last ten years); and one CME must possess six years of experience in All Source Intelligence (within the last ten years).
