This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Who We Are
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Part-Time Integrated Life Cycle Logistics Operations Mgr. for anew, single award ID/IQ type task order contract that provides logistics, ISR, and NextGen Technology services. The Integrated Life Cycle Logistics Operations Mgr. will oversee the logistics, sustainment, and maintenance services to meet program requirements, provide team program leadership, and guide individual project leads. The work involves interfacing with multiple customers and developing and managing plans across subcontractors. They can work remotely and will be part of a technical and operational team of key personnel supported by a full-service Program Management Office.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership for logistics, sustainment, and maintenance services to meet requirements.
Responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of contractor personnel as well as subcontractor and teaming partners.
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution.
Oversee personnel integrated logistics and product support in support of DoD Combatant Commands and Intelligence Agencies.
Provide expertise and coordination in the management of a global program.
What We Are Looking For
15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
A minimum of five years within the last 10 years of experience with oversight of Operations and Maintenance(O&M) including managing the program requirements of day-to-day operations of multiple teams in a distributed environment.
Experience overseeing projects/programs involving global logistics.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
The Position primarily is telework with routine reporting to Government and HII offices to support meetings, observe and evaluate testing, participate in status meetings, etc. (~10% travel).

Five years of experience within the last 10 years with oversight of O&M planning for the reliability, maintainability, and availability of airborne and/or maritime platforms or ISR systems.
Five years of experience within the last 10 years with O&M including the ability to multi-task and lead multiple cross-functional project teams while controlling costs and improving service.
Experience with Integrated Product Support (IPS).
DAWIA Level 2 certification in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, business, operations, or equivalent field
Understanding of U.S. Special Operations and taskings is desired.
