ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Data Scientist to join our team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Works with stakeholders to identify areas that require investigation.
Collect, record, and analyze data.
Query all available resources to gain additional information.
Analyze data and create reports presenting their findings.
Basic Qualifications:
4 years of data analytics experience; 2 years of data science experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline; OR 4 years of experience; OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
Experience with Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in IT related discipline.
Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of data collection and survey design.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship and eligible to obtain a US Government clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200.00-$149,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
