We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Computer User Support Specialist to join our team in Keyport, Washington . The Computer User Support Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to computer users.
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Assess security controls, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans in accordance with the SAP.
Build risk assessment report (RAR) incorporating all findings discovered in testing, and documenting an analysis of each finding.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance
Occasional Travel Required
