Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The candidate s primary activity will be to lead Antenna technical teams in the design, analysis, test, and manufacture of LO Antenna systems. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction and work with systems engineering developing and managing system level RF and Radar Cross Section (RCS) requirements, developing operational systems concepts, and assisting with system architecture trade studies, ultimately defining Antenna Specifications and requirements. Candidate will verify and validate aspects of system designs to ensure conformance with functional specifications and customer requirements as it pertains to antennas. The candidate will define the technical approach and details of antenna design (Gain, VSWR, FOV, RCS, etc).
They will supervise both peers and more junior engineers, and will seek out domain expertise as needed and work hands-on with antenna assembly personnel (Operations), antenna test, debug, integration and support of product manufacture and qualification. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of antenna testing (Gain/Pattern and RCS as required) and be responsible for support to production. The candidate will present to customers (internal and external) and provide major inputs to proposals, as well as inputs into program budgets and schedules. A good understanding of the fundamental trades within the entire antenna and RF sub system is required. An understanding of transceiver cascade analysis and signal processing is desired to support the interface between the antenna sub system and the transceiver. Experience with requirements flow down as well as traceability within the larger system is a plus.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors degree in related engineering field and 8 years hands on experience.
Solid understanding of the fundamental trades within the entire antenna sub system is required.
Radar Cross Section (RCS) Experience is highly desirable
An understanding of transceiver cascade analysis and signal processing is desired to support the interface between the antenna sub system and the transceiver.
MS Office proficient, MATLAB Proficient, HFSS proficiency required, FEKO proficiency desired
Experience with management of antenna projects including cost and schedule is required, EVMS experience is desirable
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Secret/SAP/SAR Clearance highly preferred
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
