Job Summary
We are always seeking Senior RF Antenna Electrical Engineer's to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience with or exposure to our products and/or development of our products. If you are a highly-motivated engineer focused on delivering products and owning projects from concept to delivery
Essential Functions

Designing new antenna products; front end systems for RADAR, SATCOM, EW, MILCOM and Communications applications.
Act as the Lead Engineer and manage multiple design projects to successfully deliver system products.
Provide technical supervision of Electrical Engineers as needed.
Write technical proposals in response to RFPs and take diverse specifications in RF (G/T, EIRP, AESA, PESA) along with a detailed. understanding of mechanical design processes to deliver complex products.
Create Test Requirements, ATP, and Manuals.
Design systems engineering processes.
Test antennas and analyze antennas.
Support manufacture of production antennas
Provide customer support as required.

Requirements
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Experience or exposure with the following antennas:
Parabolic UHF/VHF Helical
Wideband Multiband Cavity-backed
Slot Spiral Log periodic/dipole/Yagi
Microstrip Patch Feed networks
Technical Skillset to include experience or exposure to:
Feedhorns, Dual and quad ridge horns, arrays, RF front end systems.
AESA/PESA design, Waveguide design
Active electronic components and design
Experience with vector network analyzers
Far-field measurements
Simulation experience with HFSS, CST, TICRA, FEKO, AWR, or MATLAB
Soldering
Prototyping
Education
BSEE(minimum), MSEE or PhD Preferred
MS-EE with 8+ years of experience is preferred.
