This role is for a Senior Program Control Analyst within the Paragon Portfolio , supporting the Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. This role will support a diverse portfolio including Development and Repair programs.
This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity , with the individual splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH) and remotely .
Responsibilities may include:
Contribute as trusted finance partner at program meetings and reviews
Create, maintain, and monitor program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management or another appropriate method.
Review and monitor program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
Develop and update financial forecasts and estimates at complete
Analyze program financial performance and variances to forecasts
Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
Support program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, and reporting
Work with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual items
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Requires eligibility to obtain a Secret level Clearance, with existing Secret Clearance preferred.
Any experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, or Cobra
Exposure to Earned Value policies/methodology
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
