Summary You will serve as a REGIONAL INFORMATION OPS PLANNER in the OPERATIONS/INTELLIGENCE DIRECTORATE, MARINE CORPS INFORMATION OPERATIONS CENTER (MCIOC) of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will develop and implement MCIOC level procedures and guidance for officers, enlisted Marines, DoD Civilians, and DoD Contractors deployed worldwide in support of various operations. You will provide oversight and/or monitor the execution and administration of MCIOC Operations/Intelligence Directorate deploying support activities to include support resources management. You will synchronize administrative, security, operational and logistical efforts of the MCIOC Operations/Intelligence Directorate in support of Information Operations Planning Teams (IOPTs). You will serve as an expert in planning the integration of various disciplines including electronic warfare, operations security, psychological operations, deception, cyber operations targeting, civil military operations, and public affairs. You will develop concepts of support, develop courses of action, integrate unit and external capabilities, coordinate and document comprehensive plans for MCIOC support to supported organizations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing immediate support to deployed personnel and the ability to produce Information Operations related products; planning military information operations; formulating unit plans; and, synchronizing administrative, security, operational and logistical efforts in support of Information Operations Planning Teams.
