SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expert for Army Cyber, Electronic Warfare & Intelligence Systems, Headquarters, INSCOM G7 at Fort Eisenhower, GA .
Job Duties:
Provide advisory subject matter expertise to the INSCOM G7 Futures and Integration Division (FID) on all aspects pertaining to Cyber, Electronic Warfare & Intelligence (CEWI) systems.
Provide technical expertise for the optimal employment, utilization, and associated analysis and processing of Cyber, EW & Intelligence systems/subsystems; provide expert advice in support of operational requirements and requirements management activities.
Provide subject matter expertise on technology improvements, research and maintain awareness of policy, guidance & regulation changes and implement support to new/emerging CEWI systems or procedures.
Support development, coordination, preparation, and review of capabilities documents, planning documents, DOTMLFPF-P, and other documents including operational, functional, and contingency plans.
Collaborate externally with intelligence analysts, subject matter experts, and other relevant stakeholders providing support and subject matter expertise to accomplish G7 FID objectives.
Possess strong familiarization and provide subject matter expert-level support to G7 FID on INSCOM and Army Intelligence Systems, i.e. TITAN, Edge Node, Intelligence Analysis and PED workstations, INSCOM and IC Cross Domain Solutions.
Attend and represent the G7 in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges CONUS and OCONUS related to CEWI, existing technology, or new and emerging capabilities that could enhance INSCOM's ability to satisfy gaps and requirements.
Prepare and present briefings, white papers, executive summaries and other presentations for senior-level Army and IC leaders. Possess proven and strong organization and presentation skills, experience utilizing MS Office Apps and other productivity applications and tools, classified and unclassified.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree and five (5) years of experience; Masters degree and three (3) years of experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in DoD, Army or INSCOM intelligence modernization, operations, systems & organizations
Familiarity in various Army Cyber, Electronic Warfare & Intelligence systems and operations
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to occasionally travel (~25%) in support of INSCOM G7 FID requirements
Background in intelligence systems engineering, FSR-level support, intelligence architecture and Army Intelligence capabilities development
Required Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI polygraph to obtain/maintain NSAnet accesses.
