Position Description:
Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Program Analyst position supporting Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEWandS), Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) product office. This position requires a talented candidate that can work with a multi-disciplined team to support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including acquisition planning, requirements definition, design, development, configuration management, and product support. The candidate will establish configuration management processes and procedures for Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II programs. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration control of hardware, software, and documentation baselines and managing approved changes (i.e. Engineering Change Proposals-ECPs) to product baselines. The candidate will develop comprehensive documentation related to knowledge management, including standard operating procedures, processes, and guidelines. The candidate will prepare briefings and correspondence in response to internal and external taskings and requests for information (RFIs).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and consolidate team inputs from integrated product team members in support of program recommendations, reviews, and written drafts of program plans.
Research and provide recommendations to support acquisition strategies, to include but not limited to, determine appropriate contract vehicles, procurement sources, and competition requirements.
Development and execution of acquisition strategies and plans, contract requirements packages (e.g., writing PWSs, CDRLs, special provisions, etc.) and supporting contract monitoring and management activities.
Establish and document standard processes and procedures for configuration management related activities.
Support configuration and data management audits and reviews.
Perform analysis of logistics support requirements to ensure comprehensive system support.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflows across projects and functional teams.
Implement and manage knowledge management processes to ensure the right information is accessible and promptly applied.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
Current TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Proven ability to assess complex problems and to synthesize assessments into a coherent position.
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
Work well within a team and interact professionally with senior civilian and military leadership.
Desired Experience:
Working knowledge of the Department of Defense Acquisition processes.
Proficient in analyzing acquisition regulatory and statutory documents.
Experience with Middle Tier Acquisition programs, Major Capability Acquisition programs, or Milestone documentation development.
Experience in configuration and change management principles and record types.
Experience with formal configuration management tools is a plus.
