ML Electronic Warfare Research Engineer
The Opportunity:
As a programmer, you know that machine learning (ML) is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support the future of Electronic Warfare (EW) for the Air Force. As an ML engineer on our Aerospace team, you'll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data.
In this role, you'll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You'll grow within a large community of machine learning engineers across the firm and collaborate with electrical engineers, computer scientists, and physicists to deliver world-class solutions to analyze and develop EW algorithms. Your consulting skills and technical experience will help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages, including R, MATLAB, or Python
Experience with developing data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Knowledge of computer vision, statistical pattern recognition, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or natural language processing
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or MATLAB
2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
2+ years of experience with distributed data and computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL
2+ years of experience with dynamic programming, combinatorial optimization, or linear programming
Experience with developing deep learning algorithms using structured and unstructured data sources and frameworks, including Tensorflow or Pytorch
Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2
Knowledge of radar, communications systems, digital signal processing, or time-series analysis
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
