Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Combatives Subject Matter Expert in Coronado, CA in support of Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command (NSWATC).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as assistant Combatives program manager for NSWCEN under the Active Duty or GS Program manager to ensure continuity of training and continued validity throughout NSW.
- Will also be acting as a Combatives Instructor.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with/within Special Operation Forces (SOF).
- Professional or college level fighting experience in at least four (4) of the six NSW Combatives disciplines Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo, Kickboxing and Muay-Thai with experience in all three phases of Standup, Transition, and Groundwork.
- At least ten (10) years teaching or coaching experience in various experience levels (beginner, amateur, professional).
- At least five (5) years of Program Management experience relating to the planning, management and execution of multiple Combative type projects.
- Must have a SECRET security clearance.
