What You'll Do:
Customer Engagement & Support:
Be the face of the company-respond to customer inquiries about shipments, deliveries, and orders.
Provide clear, timely updates on shipment schedules, tracking details, and order statuses.
Handle customer calls and emails with a professional and approachable manner, delivering excellent service every step of the way.
Order Management & Shipment Coordination:
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule pickups, deliveries, and manage shipments.
Track and monitor deliveries to ensure they arrive on time, handling any issues that arise.
Problem-Solving & Resolution:
Quickly resolve shipping issues like damaged goods, delayed deliveries, or missing items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when needed and follow up to ensure they're resolved efficiently.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and manage important shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, shipment details, and any service issues for auditing and reporting purposes.
Logistics Troubleshooting:
Proactively address logistical challenges, including routing issues, carrier delays, or customs problems.
Ensure smooth operations by escalating and resolving any obstacles to successful deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $22.57 per hour
