You'll be responsible for analyzing cost/schedule performance, providing project/program status, researching/fact-finding, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet constraints.

Responsibilities:
Coordination of resources
Coordination with functional team members for tasking and monthly program status updates
Execution of the project Communication Plan
Managing risk and opportunities for your assigned projects
Management of material by driving the process from purchase request to shipment
Support the Control Account Managers and be able to explain cost/schedule variances to program managers, directors and business operations personnel in monthly program management reviews
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive others to success
Requires strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules

Understanding of commercial product development principles
Understanding of the principles of Risk Management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems in an FAA compliant environment
Operations experience
