Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Strategic Systems Support Element, Alexandria, Virginia. Responsibilities Support training course curriculum reviews that include assessments of evaluation plans, course modules, and resource requirements. Manage in-depth site surveys to develop exercise support material such as plans, orders and annexes, administrative instructions, master scenario events list (MSEL), exercise schedule, evaluation plan, and after-action reviews. Serve as the operational training course-common core Deputy Director responsible for HUMINT risk mitigation techniques, special reconnaissance tactics, signature management measures. Provide leadership, advice, and sound-decision making on all technical and administrative issues. Oversee the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and revision (ADDIE-R) of course curriculum, as required, based on unit's mission essential tasks list. Evaluate performance of subordinates, plans and manages resources, approves leaves, initiates personnel action, hears grievances and complains, and handles disciplinary matters.
