Job Description:
GDIT I&HS Division is looking for a talented and experienced candidate who can work across the Program Management and Executive Leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of mission critical programs. This position will report to the Sr. Vice President of I&HS.
Responsibilities:
This position will have responsibility and accountability for working with the Business Areas and the assigned PM's in ensuring the successful delivery of our mission critical programs.
Understand, promote, and hold the organization accountable for all company, customer, and program policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a culture of quality, performance, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Build a culture throughout the team consistent with IHS/GDIT values of honesty, trust, transparency, and alignment. Critical to success is active employee engagement and communication, fostering a community of diversity and inclusion, and developing an environment with proactive and transparent communication and collaboration leveraging diversity of thought.
Candidate will play a key role in developing a cadre of PM's and functional representatives that are experienced and skilled in the execution of programs. This role involves a significant amount of mentoring and coaching.
Continuous development of personal leadership capabilities and mentor leadership, management, and technical capabilities of all program managers and high performing talent. Proactively create opportunities for employee growth and development.
Actively promotes and participates in the communities of interest as well as the employee resource groups.
Candidate may work with the bid PM and execution teams in any pre-award activities that help prepare for successful execution upon award.
Upon award, candidate may work with the transition teams to ensure that all transition activities are executed smoothly, and the PEP, IMS and other key documents are updated per the contract terms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the portfolio
Clearance: TS SCI with Poly
10+ years' experience managing and/or developing workplace planning and resource management strategies
Demonstrated hands on experience managing programs and/or projects of significance and/or portfolios of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Leadership qualities that enable employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, professional development, innovation, collaboration, communication, accountability, and overall portfolio performance.
Demonstrated experience that results in increased employee retention through career mobility, recognition, and training development for program managers and upcoming talent
Customer understanding and experience building and proactively managing customer relationships successfully with customers relevant to programs in the portfolio.
Ability and flexibility to actively engage with customers and employees including travel to all portfolio and customer locations both domestic and abroad as needed.
Demonstrated understanding of risk management including risk mitigation strategies.

The likely salary range for this position is $204,000 - $276,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
