Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Downtown LA. The role revolves around managing customer interactions at live events in a highly interactive environment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate a smooth check-in process for event attendees using a provided iPhone and user-friendly application
Engage with attendees in a friendly and outgoing manner, providing excellent customer service
Maintain a detail oriented presentation, adhering to the provided dress code, which includes black slacks, a black button-down shirt, and black or white shoes
Manage potential customer inquiries and provide accurate responses
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer information
Monitor attendee accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Maintain a high level of interaction with attendees at live events
Utilize basic office skills to manage customer-related tasks efficiently
Adhere to the training schedule for event day.
Requirements - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated experience in customer service roles
Proficient in the use of basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
High level of patience and emotional intelligence to deal with customer complaints and issues
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
