What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT/OT systems for railway projects.
- Ensure seamless integration between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) to optimize railway systems operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to design IT/OT systems aligned with project objectives and safety standards.
- Provide technical oversight for the installation and configuration of IT/OT systems across railway assets.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT/OT projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and railway operational protocols.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of IT/OT systems to support the expansion and modernization of rail infrastructure.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and deliver solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT/OT systems within budget and schedule.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in IT/OT systems and project-specific processes.
