Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to provide management and direction for the development of policies, procedures, skills sets, and metrics to ensure that they are aligned with business requirements and objectives of the site.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Works under the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
- Responsible for all operation and maintenance site operations.
- Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to the remediation
- Maintains all records, manuals, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Responsible for the purchases of all materials and supplies required for the day-to-day operations of the site
- Supports Senior Project Manager during project meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Makes work assignments and provides technical guidance to lower-level personnel
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Enforce rules and safety policies with all building occupants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Typically 12+ years of diversified and applicable experience is required, with at least 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Proficiency in management and client relations skills.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems and exercise excellent judgment regarding engaging senior management involvement in significant issues.
- Ability to effectively represent the organization during the leader’s absence and demonstrate excellent communication skills
