Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intermediate - Wargames and Exercises Mission Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to work with an outstanding team that provides modeling and simulation support to the Missile Defense Agency's mission to provide Wargames and Exercises support to the Department of Defense's Geographic Combatant Commands.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform event integration based upon requirements from the Mission Director and Event Lead.
Support development/integration of the blue force laydown, voice and data communications, specific operational versions or capabilities.
Draft and publish the network architectural drawings and test plans to insure the Event architecture meets the requirements defined by the Combatant Command and MDA SMEs.
Translate customer requirements into architecture capabilities.
Act as the functional director of integration activities defined within the test plan.
Assist modeling and simulation development teams in the design and implementation of model behaviors within the simulation architecture.
Develop and provide work products such as SV-1, SV-2, communications diagrams, floor plans, rack elevations, test plans, event reports and problem reports.
Coordinate the results of testing; obtains assistance identifying new requirements, problems, and fixes for simulations as a result of the analysis and testing from the Chief Engineer.

- Ability to support domestic and international travel as required
- Must be a self starter, able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with DoD Wargames and Exercises
- Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process
- Experience with MDASim, EADSIM, Linux OS, PiNT, Operational System Framework (OSF), Open Systems Architecture Sensor Models (OSM) is preferred

Salary Range:
