Description
SAIC is looking for a Senior Regional Intelligence Analyst with a primary focus area on global threat monitoring across AFRICOM, CENTCOM, EUCOM, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM areas of responsibility and executive level staff intelligence production at II MEF at Camp Lejeune, NC.
Job Duties:
Serves as liaison with the Intelligence Community organizations and agencies for the daily threat assessments.
Serve as the senior analyst and team lead for production for the Commanding General of II MEF and Primary Staff intelligence daily updates.
Provide quality control and senior editing for IOC intelligence production as required.
Conducts a wide range of multi-disciplined intelligence production activities, including intelligence preparation of the operating environment, situation development, force protection, electronic warfare, network warfare, information warfare, and knowledge management that will support polished and fused products.
Collects, analyzes, evaluates, interprets, and disseminates information relating to various aspects of intelligence that supports II MEF Commanding General and Primary Staff understanding of Russian and its near-peer capabilities abroad.
Integrate and liaison with various intelligence sub-disciplines and Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and agencies to coordinate and support II MEF production efforts.
Responsible for training Marines on the G-2 watch-floor processes to ensure intelligence production is relevant, accurate, and adheres to the IC standards for publication.
Produces weekly status updates as required by II MEF.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's and nine (9) years of experience or Master's and six (6) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
Required Skills
Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP) or similar military planning processes (Military Decision-Making Process, Rapid Response Planning Process, etc).
Experience in support of Service, COCOM or JS operations.
Ability to develop planning and briefing materials for General Officer level audiences.
Ability to learn and use software as needed.
