Location: East Syracuse, NY
Pay Rate: $17/hr ($18/hr for bilingual candidates)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What You'll Do: As a Call Center Representative, you will:
Provide Outstanding Customer Service : Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring every customer receives timely, helpful support.
Identify Customer Needs : Understand customer inquiries and go the extra mile to offer solutions that foster long-term satisfaction.
Support Sales & Growth : Generate leads and help the customer service team achieve their sales targets and call handling quotas.
Resolve Issues : Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
Maintain Accurate Records : Document customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and handle necessary paperwork with precision.

Whether it's troubleshooting an issue or referring a customer to the right department, we ensure that every inquiry is handled efficiently.
What We Assist Customers With:
Dealer Referrals : Helping customers connect with dealers for sales or service inquiries.
Warranty Information : Providing accurate product and warranty details.
Switchboard Services : Using our internal database to direct calls to the appropriate department.
Escalating Complaints : Initial triage of customer complaints, with escalations to Tier 2 representatives for complex issues.
Technical Support : Assisting with troubleshooting for Wi-Fi-enabled products, such as thermostats.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Able to use Microsoft Office applications efficiently.
Typing Speed : 35-45 words per minute.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay Rate : $17/hr, with an additional $1/hr for bilingual candidates (Spanish).
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM-No weekend shifts!

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
