General Responsibilities
-Responsible for the overall management and operation of specific discipline or business unit.
-Develop, manage, promote, and integrate all aspects of the assigned area to meet client needs and company objectives.
-Provide managerial direction and supervisory control to departmental staff.
-Oversee budgetary/financial aspects.
-Ensure staff/groups execute all key controls, including SOX controls, as per assigned roles and within established procedures, approved delegation of authority, and authorized limits.
-Respond to and review all escalations or deviations.
-Report exceptions to established internal controls and document any employee issues.

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology from an accredited four-year college or university.

Additional Information
Monday to Fr4iday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
