Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Flight Software Engineer in the Greater Denver area. You will design, develop, and test software components for satellite mission programs and contribute to on-orbit servicing capabilities. Additional responsibilities include contributing to software system level definition and concept of operations development, including system and subsystem requirements, interface definition, functional analysis & trade studies and rapidly prototype software to prove out design concepts and participate in developmetn of hardware-in-the-loop systems.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Experience with software/hardware integration
8+ years of experience developing embedded C, C++ or Rust
Experience with Python, Bash, Linux, Git and/or Docker
Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices
Familiarity with NASA CFS framework
