Bilingual (Russian/English) Call Center Representative (Remote)
Job Summary: Serves customers by scheduling and authorizing requests for non-emergency Medicaid transportation. Maintains Medicaid enrollee's records by updating account information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS - applicants must live in the state of New York.
Part-time Schedule
Shift Options: Mon 7:45am-4:15pm & Tues/Wed 12-4pm OR Mon 8:45am-5:15pm & Thurs/Fri - 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Training Schedule: Training will be full time for 2 weeks. Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm.

100% remote - Must live in NY | Equipment Provided.

Required Skills & Abilities:
1-2 + years of related call center or office-based customer service experience
Bilingual (Russian & English) - Written & Verbal communication
Preferred experience in healthcare or related industry.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Proficient computer literacy
Key Accountabilities:
Follow all Medical Answering Services policies and procedures
Satisfactorily maintain Medical Answering Services productivity standards
Attend all in-service training/compliance sessions
Take client messages per protocol
Schedule Medicaid transportation per protocol
Provide for a professional work environment and exhibit a professional attitude and demeanor
Demonstrate a proven understanding of Medicaid and Medical Answering procedures
Display excellent customer service skills
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer concerns
All other duties as directed by supervisors/management
The CSR must maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients, colleagues, and management at all times.
Must be able to efficiently and proficiently process requests for non-emergency Medicaid transportation according to established department policies and procedures.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of collecting and entering data with little to no error. Must be computer literate.
