Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures Demonstrates ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction Demonstrates ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information Demonstrates understanding of interpreting analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications Demonstrates ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments Demonstrates ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/ soft copy matrices and/ or web-enabled formats Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills Demonstrates ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols Demonstrates ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information Demonstrates understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors / platforms and human intelligence sources Demonstrates understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications: Active TS/SCI DoD Clearance Provide intelligence analysis services to deliver situational awareness relevant to the MCISRE Conduct research, create intelligence products, create intelligence estimates assessments, and present intelligence briefings upon request Attend, participate and report on conferences and other events as directed Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organizations to keep abreast of current developments, to resolve problems to eliminate duplication, and to provide free flow of information on matters of intelligence interest Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements to fill gaps Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, research and report on utilizing analytic tools, techniques, methodology and software Analyze complex data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments or activities in his/her assigned subject matter and geographic area(s) Deliver subject matter expertise to support the development and documentation of new processes, procedures, and technologies Working knowledge of C4ISR within the DOD to include C4ISR production Centers and responsibilities Provide at least four products per year that are suitable for ingesting into the Library of National Intelligence and are in accordance with the intelligence community analytic standards Produce the assessments in accordance with command production process and software applications Provide occasional, subject matter briefs, briefing materials, and responses to requests for information Provide C4ISR products in support of USMC and DOD concepts, capability development and acquisitions customers Conduct All-Source/SIGINT analysis on the current and future foreign ground, air, and maritime Sensors with potential to impact USMC operations Analyze foreign capabilities, acquisition/modernization trends, and limitations to detect U.S. maritime, ground, and air activities Conduct senor fusion and networked sensor analysis to determine a country's infiltration detection capabilities Follow technology transfer and its military impact and ability of recipient actors to assimilate transferred technology Produce written intelligence assessments and briefings to support consumers at the tactical, operational, and strategic level Assess information gaps, develops collection strategies, and composes Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Marine Corps Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TIPs), and Marine Corps mission sets Knowledge of Structured Analytic Techniques (SAT) and their applicability for backing up analytical assessments Ability to conduct analytical reporting, supported using Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 208 Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting relevant analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
