Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant in Stafford, VA
Background:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements and qualifications:
Three (3) years of related experience in the follow areas:
- Oral and written skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties.
- Specialized administrative support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable administrative support experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
- Applying the Navy Correspondence Manual to assigned duties.
- DOD SECRET Security Clearance required.
- Possess (at a minimum) a bachelor's degree.
- Relevant Business and Administration experience of three (3) years can be substituted for a degree.
- Must have expertise in contemporary business computer tools (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentations, and graphics) is essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of 0730-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Contractors may work in an alternative workplace when the Government facility is closed. In the event of a Government Shutdown, the contractor may work in the facility, if open/manned, or in an alternative workplace.
Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at 105 Technology Parkway, Stafford, VA 22556.
Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
