Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Security Engineer for one of our largest manufacturing clients. This Security Analyst will serve as the clients' OT security specialist, helping secure highly automated manufacturing environments. The role is heavily focused on vulnerability management, risk assessment, and threat detection across production systems, robotics, CNC equipment, and industrial networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on OT cybersecurity experience within a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering closely with engineering and operations teams to protect critical manufacturing assets.
What This Person Will Spend Their Time Doing:

OT vulnerability management
Risk assessments and remediation planning
Working directly with OT engineers and automation teams
Threat hunting and monitoring OT environments
Evaluating OT security tools and technologies

Incident response
Security investigations
Security operations support
Audit and compliance activities
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in a Security Engineer role
3+ years of manufacturing security and strong OT (operational technology) background
Experience leading or supporting
Vulnerability management programs
OT Traffic Analysis tools
Threat hunting
OT monitoring solutions
