Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Public Affairs Graphic Designer in Coronado, California. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide graphics, communications, and visual media services
- Prepare and develop graphics using design software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Muse, Premier Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
- Ensure all communication products are in compliance with copyright laws, the AP Style Guide, and industry and customer standards
- Conduct research and collect relevant content to create graphics for a variety of products (i.e., brochures, posters, flyers, business cards, photographs, websites, briefs, and social media)
- Take photographs to support graphic design projects and edit them using Adobe editing software
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to learn new skills and technology tools
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Muse, Premier Pro, After Effects, and InDesign
- Excellent working knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or other applicable software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in fast-paced environment independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to write in military format when necessary
