Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Interface & Stakeholder Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a team delivering an iconic transport solution in Riyadh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring all interfacing for all stakeholders is successfully planned and delivered
- Regular reporting to the client and close liaison with the client
- Regular reporting to the project team and Project Director
- Demonstrating continued assurance of the project
- Management of and working closely with the site supervision consultant
- Management of and working closely with the engineering management consultant
- Management of and working closely with contractors
- Review and sign off on contractor/consultants documentation
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Fluent in Arabic (written and oral)
- Experience in delivering railway construction projects - at least 5 years
- At least 10 years in delivering construction projects
- Experience in managing stakeholders and multi interfaces
- Ability to agree and approve relevant contractor outputs
- Excellent and calm communicator
- Ability to assess requirements and determine the most appropriate way to agreement
- Be able to build solid relationships with all stakeholders
- Be able to manage conflict across stakeholder boundaries
- Good understanding of the relevant stakeholders in a railway project and how they interact
