Job Description
A global chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Senior BI Analyst. This person will lead the organization's business intelligence, analytics, reporting, forecasting, and commercial systems initiatives. This role partners with leaders across sales, operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and information technology to deliver data-driven insights, strengthen decision-making, and advance digital transformation. The position serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that enterprise systems, analytics platforms, data, and business processes support organizational goals while improving operational efficiency and user adoption. They will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, reports, scorecards, and key performance indicators. This person will analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. They will support forecasting, demand planning, sales performance tracking, and business planning activities as well as develop analytical models used for financial, operational, and commercial decision-making. This person will be leading system enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
This will pay between $45-$55/hr depending upon experience.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting development experience within commercial operations, sales operations, finance, systems administration, or a related discipline.
Advanced experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting automation
Experience building and maintaining data models, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reports
Experience supporting enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Experience gathering business requirements, process documentation, and user acceptance testing. Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, building products, industrial, or a related industry
