Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a STEM degree
5-10 years of experience in operations research, applied mathematics, or statistical analysis
Experience developing and applying analytical models (e.g., risk, simulation, logistics, performance)
Strong data analysis skills, including validation and model testing
Experience conducting predictive and risk-based analysis
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences Experience supporting weapons system operational assessments or mission assurance activities
Experience briefing senior DoD or Air Force leadership
Familiarity with NC3 systems or other mission-critical operational environments
