Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support Navy training, readiness, qualification, and administrative requirements at Little Creek/Virginia Beach, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain training, qualification, readiness, and administrative records and reports.
- Track craft crew qualifications, mission skills, proficiencies, and readiness metrics.
- Coordinate and support DCO, BITE, C1 Certification, SITE, and other training events.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including LOIs, drill packages/cards, lesson plans, grading sheets, qualification packages, and AARs.
- Coordinate personnel, instructors, facilities, ranges, equipment, and other resources required for training.
- Monitor and correct readiness reporting in TORIS and DRRS and coordinate with detachments on discrepancies.
- Manage range and training site requests through RFMSS.
- Support LCCTT training schedules, certification requirements, and qualification tracking.
- Advise leadership and detachment personnel on Navy training, readiness, and operational requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and support command readiness and operational planning.
- Participate in required meetings, planning events, and other duties supporting command and contractual requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of U.S. military Active or Reserve experience.
- Extensive Navy experience in training, readiness, qualifications, and operations.
- Expert knowledge of SFTRM 3502.7, Naval Beach Group requirements, ROC/POE, SEAOPS, and NSE requirements.
- Expert experience with TORIS, DRRS, and RFMSS.
- Experience developing military training documentation and coordinating training/certification events.
- Advanced proficiency with FLTMPS, CANTRAC, eNTRS, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple personnel, training events, facilities, instructors, and competing requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to properly handle classified/sensitive information and comply with applicable security, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements.
