Training / Curriculum Development Lead
Location: Quito, Ecuador (with in-country travel)
Clearance: U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2), anticipated
Status: Contingent upon contract award
Position Overview
RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Training / Curriculum Development in Quito, Ecuador, with in-country travel required. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the training-needs assessment and curriculum design for judicial-security personnel.
• Design the certification-and-evaluation system and vetting-informed training protocols.
• Oversee delivery of classroom and simulation exercises.
• Ensure training endures through a train-the-trainer and certification pipeline transferred to counterparts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design and/or training management.
• Demonstrated experience building certification pipelines or curricula for security or justice audiences.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2) determination.
Preferred Qualifications
• Adult-learning certification.
• Experience delivering protective-security or law-enforcement training internationally.
