Information Management / Systems Specialist

Location: Quito, Ecuador (with in-country travel)
Clearance: U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2), anticipated
Status: Contingent upon contract award

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Information Management / Systems Specialist. This position is based in Quito, Ecuador, with in-country travel required, and is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the centralized risk-information system shared across justice institutions.

• Define data architecture, access controls, and interoperability and information-exchange protocols.

• Establish the governance required to operate the system securely.

• Support data population, maintenance, and analysis workflows.

• Train counterpart IT and data personnel to sustain the system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in information technology, information systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience building or managing secure database and/or information-sharing systems.

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT / Tier 2) determination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with secure information-sharing platforms in law-enforcement or justice contexts.

• Knowledge of data-protection and access-control best practices.

• Latin America and the Caribbean regional experience.
