Insight Global's client is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and partner closely with executive leadership on enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role is focused on helping build the structure, governance, reporting, metrics, and operating framework that enable successful transformation delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate combines consulting-style problem solving, executive communications, business acumen, and analytical thinking.
This is not a traditional Business Intelligence Analyst role. During the first 12 months, the primary focus will be executive reporting, presentation development, roadmap creation, governance artifacts, value delivery tracking, KPI maturation, and helping establish foundational TMO processes before evolving into broader enterprise intelligence and analytics responsibilities.
Day to Day
Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and leadership communications
Build Steering Committee (SteerCo), executive review, and technology forum presentations
Create and maintain transformation charters, one-pagers, roadmaps, and governance artifacts
Gather input from business and technology leaders and synthesize information into executive-ready content
Develop, mature, and maintain transformation metrics, KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks
Partner with leaders across the organization to track value delivery and strategic initiative progress
Consult with stakeholders to collect, validate, and challenge information supporting transformation objectives
Maintain milestone tracking, reporting packages, and executive reporting deliverables
Support governance reviews, planning activities, and organizational transformation efforts
Assist with standing up and maturing Transformation Office capabilities, processes, and reporting structures
Support ad hoc strategic and transformation initiatives as organizational priorities evolve

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves
5-7+ years of experience supporting executive leadership, Transformation Offices (TMO), PMOs, strategy, consulting, or governance organizations
Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive, steering committee, and leadership presentations
Strong written communication, executive storytelling, and presentation development skills
Experience synthesizing information from multiple stakeholders into executive-ready deliverables
Experience developing and managing KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise technology, portfolio, or transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, roadmap tracking, and executive reporting packages Plusses
Experience working within a Transformation Office (TMO)
Consulting or advisory background (Big 4, boutique consulting, internal strategy teams)
Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, PMO Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or Transformation Analyst experience
Experience supporting executive governance boards, steering committees, or leadership forums
Power BI, SQL, or dashboard/reporting platform experience
Insurance or financial services experience
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), OKR, or Value Delivery framework exposure
