PartnerCo USA Holdings, Inc. dba Partner.Co seeks Oracle Business Analyst in Lehi, UT:
Position Summary: Analyze, design, implement, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) business processes, enterprise system integrations, data management, and reporting solutions supporting supply chain, finance, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, and order management operations. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, develop functional and technical solutions, and support enterprise system modernization initiatives. Primary Duties:
Analyze business requirements and design solutions supporting Oracle EBS and integrated enterprise applications.
Analyze, design, and support enterprise system integrations and data exchange processes between Oracle EBS, third-party business systems, and cloud-based platforms.
Analyze data conversion, migration, and integration requirements and support implementation of automated data management solutions.
Develop functional and technical specifications, interface documentation, testing procedures, and implementation plans for enterprise application enhancements and modernization projects.
Analyze supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, finance, inventory, warehousing, and order-to-cash business processes and recommend system and process improvements.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and post-production support for Oracle EBS and related enterprise applications.
Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions and system enhancements.
Evaluate enterprise technology initiatives, system enhancements, cloud migration opportunities, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Prepare project documentation, process models, user documentation, training materials, and reporting specifications supporting enterprise applications and business operations.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires experience in each of the following skills:
3 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) analysis, implementation, or support, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Financials, and Cu
stom Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) supporting direct selling or distribution business operations.
3 years of experience utilizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to support enterprise application integrations, interface development, data conversion, reporting, and process automation.
3 years of experience in Business requirements analysis and preparation of functional and technical documentation, including process mapping, Oracle AIM documentation (MD50/MD70), and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
2 years of experience in Enterprise systems integration, including experience designing and supporting data interfaces between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), third-party applications, APIs, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and cloud-based platforms supporting order management, distributor operations, inventory, or supply chain processes.
2 years of experience in Data modeling, structured analysis, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and data migration methodologies.
2 years of experience in Business intelligence and reporting solutions, including Oracle BI Publisher, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar enterprise reporting platforms used to support operational reporting, sales analytics, inventory management, or financial reporting.
2 years of experience in System implementation and production support, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), troubleshooting enterprise applications, and utilizing Python and Unix/Linux shell scripting for data integration, automation, and operational support.
Full-time telecommuting permitted.
40 hrs/week. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
