Your Main Objective:
The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunications, and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will be working on a small team of less than 10 people that support a large organization.
What Sets You Apart:
You should have a polygraph level clearance and minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the requirements listed:
Troubleshoot, repair and test computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.
Install and configure computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, network switches, routers, telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment. and associated cabling.
Maintain government and/or vendor-manufactured telecommunications equipment, fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/ethernet cables, switches & telephone systems.
A+ certification or an equivalent

Pay Range:
Pay Range $44,850.00 - $81,075.00
