Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Simulation Analyst to support advanced modeling and simulation efforts within a national defense environment in Charlottesville, Virginia. This individual will use AFSIM and other simulation tools to assess weapon system performance, develop operational scenarios, and provide data-driven recommendations that support mission success. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and either a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 3+ years of experience using AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, or similar simulation environments, or 7+ years of equivalent experience. Candidates must also have 3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience evaluating complex combat systems, and the ability to translate simulation results into actionable insights. The pay for this role ranges from $50-$86/hour, based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of experience with AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, or similar simulation environments, OR 7+ years of equivalent experience
3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience
Experience developing and analyzing simulation-based scenarios
Knowledge of statistical analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, or Design of Experiments (DoE)
Experience supporting analysis of combat systems, weapon systems, air defense, electronic warfare, or command and control (C2) environments
Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, or data visualizations - Experience with Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar programming languages
Experience developing or modifying AFSIM scripts
