Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Information Security Analyst to join their team. As a Information Security Analyst, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Operations team supporting Web & Email Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Web and Email Security Analyst
Location Preference: Charlotte NC, Dallas TX
Contract Duration: 18 Months
Pay: $55 - $57/hr W2
Schedule: 3x on site per week
What's the Job
Support the organization's Web & Email Security program through administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security controls.
Analyze security events, alerts, and trends to identify emerging risks and policy violations.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to maintain secure web access and enforce email security controls.
Participate in incident response activities related to web, email, or cloud-based threats.
Conduct security reviews of business requests involving internet access, email capabilities, and third-party applications.
What's Needed
3+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity Operations, or Risk Management.
Knowledge of web security, email security, SaaS security, or cloud security concepts.
Experience analyzing security events, logs, and operational data.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, security controls, and risk management practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
