Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support transportation procurement initiatives and lead the execution of carrier RFP processes across a growing logistics network. This individual will manage the full RFP lifecycle, including receiving customer requests, developing carrier bid packages, collecting carrier responses, evaluating pricing submissions, and supporting carrier award recommendations. The Pricing Analyst will own data integrity and reporting, transforming large volumes of transportation and market data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. A key responsibility of this role will be producing monthly market intelligence updates using industry resources such as DAT, Truckstop, and other market data platforms to communicate pricing trends, capacity conditions, and lane-specific insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, knowledgeable of freight markets, and capable of translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.

Skills and Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in pricing, transportation procurement, supply chain analytics, logistics operations, or a related field
Experience managing or supporting the RFP/RFQ process, including carrier bid collection, evaluation, and award recommendations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize large, complex datasets and present actionable business insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using transportation, freight, or market intelligence data sources
Strong understanding of transportation markets, carrier pricing strategies, lane analysis, and freight network dynamics Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
Experience utilizing DAT, Truckstop, FreightWaves SONAR, or similar transportation market intelligence tools
Experience working for a 3PL, freight brokerage, transportation provider, or large logistics organization
