Job Title: Corporate Administrator – Finance & Operations

Position Summary
L3Harris Technologies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator – Finance & Operations to support the day-to-day operations of its Saudi Arabia corporate office.
This position is a multifunctional role responsible for finance administration, accounting coordination, procurement, supply chain support, office administration, and executive support. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison between the Saudi Arabia office and the L3Harris Global Business Services (GBS) organization, ensuring the efficient coordination of accounting, payroll, procurement, financial reporting, and administrative activities.
The role requires a proactive professional with strong accounting and business administration skills, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with functional teams. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, L3Harris corporate policies, U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Saudi Arabia office and the L3Harris Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
- Coordinate Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, employee expense reporting, and month-end accounting activities with GBS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee changes, leave records, and statutory deductions with GBS.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, corporate credit cards, and financial records.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate collection activities.
- Support supplier payment processing and vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial schedules and support documentation for audits and statutory reporting.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital reporting.
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, and GBS to resolve accounting issues and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with Saudi accounting standards and VAT requirements.
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with L3Harris procurement policies.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Obtain supplier quotations and perform commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with approved suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery.
- Coordinate import, export, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Support inventory management and company asset tracking.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate ethics and FCPA requirements.
Corporate Administration
- Manage the daily operation of the Riyadh corporate office.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, and service providers.
- Maintain corporate records and document management systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, accommodations, and visitor logistics.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Coordinate administrative support for visiting corporate executives.
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to the Country Executive.
- Manage executive calendars and meeting schedules.
- Prepare executive presentations and reports.
- Coordinate customer meetings and corporate events.
- Support business development activities as required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, government stakeholders, and corporate leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, administration, or business operations.
- Experience working for a multinational company, preferably a U.S. organization.
- Experience supporting Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll coordination, and financial administration.
- Experience in procurement and supply chain administration.
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
