This role will help accelerate the development of a trusted and reusable Compensation Data Module built on Microsoft Fabric, supporting automated reporting, standardized calculations, self-service analytics, governance, and future AI-enabled capabilities.The successful candidate will serve as a senior-level business analyst and delivery partner, driving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, documentation, testing coordination, backlog management, and operational process development.
