Develop project plans and assist program management in execution of research programs.Conduct acoustic reconstruction/analyses of Fleet exercises/operations to determine the effectiveness of active and passive sonar systems at sea using quantitative measures of effectiveness (MOEs) of operational importance to the Fleet.Active and passive sonar signal analysis supporting advanced research and development. Preparation and review of analysis presentations and reports. Presentation of analysis results at internal and external working group meetings, including representing ARL at external organizations and project meetings (may include travel). Coordinate with Navy personnel to secure technical data essential for reconstructing at-sea exercises and advancing sonar system algorithms.Liaison with Navy and civilian organizations on program status, technical/intelligence data needs, analysis results, and other topics as required. Other related functions as assigned.
