We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Interface Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the construction of an oceanarium, providing expert support and guidance to ensure its successful completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the interface engineering efforts for the oceanarium construction project, serving as the primary point of contact between various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and client.
Collaborate closely with the design team to review and coordinate architectural and engineering plans to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any interface-related challenges that may arise during construction.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout all project phases.
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
Aware of the authorities’ standards and requirements.
Monitor progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs
Attend coordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to the design team.
Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.
Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues, to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 18 years of experience in interface engineering, with a proven track record of success in large-scale construction projects, preferably within the aquarium or marine industry and a minimum of 10yrs experience on landmark and Entrainment projects, preferably in GCC (KSA experience ideally)
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, with expertise in interdisciplinary coordination and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)
Must have knowledge and experience in dealing with the approval process for buildings projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder in KSA
