Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager – MEP (Electrical) to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all electrical engineering aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project. The Manager will lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical support, guidance, and expertise to ensure the successful execution and delivery of the project.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support throughout all project phases.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components for the infrastructure project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, project managers, and contractors, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the overall project framework.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making and optimize electrical engineering solutions.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex electrical engineering issues and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
Proven experience minimum 15 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects with a minimum of 10 years experience in KSA.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
