Our risk and consulting group, under Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services is hiring a Project Operations Manager. The Project Operations Manager will serve as an internal security operations expert focusing on the client relationship management across multiple states. The Project Operations Manager will work with the clients' Corporate Security Executives, showcasing and adhering to Allied Universal's capabilities and strengths while also serving as the liaison with the appropriate operations managers and corporate support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure contract compliance at all assigned properties; identify security issues and opportunities and recommend solutions to client's corporate security team
Ensure prompt notification, reporting and follow-up on critical incidents
Facilitate and provide in-depth client specific training new and current Operations Managers
Serve as the key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality security service at the assigned Accounts
Develop relationships with local and regional client contacts; collaborate with all levels of the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement maintaining focus on client and officer satisfaction and financial objectives
Identify and present industry best practices to all teams in all locations
Prepares and presents Quality Business Reviews
Identify client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and measure Allied Universal's performance of these measurements to ensure acceptable monthly scorecard results
Ensure all administrative and operational functions including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, scheduling are accurate, and issues are promptly resolved
Conduct in-depth audits and analysis of operational and financial controls relating to the account management
Assist with the accounts receivable process for their customers
Lead all contract renewal, rebid, and rate increase initiatives
Weekly communication with Allied Universal leadership and corporate client management addressing all internal and external concerns and implementing best practices based on trending activity.
On call 24/7 for staff and client support
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience will be taken into consideration as a supplement to degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional-level security management experience
Experience in the management of a high volume, multi-faceted service team
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical concepts including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages, and reconciliation
Demonstration of strong customer service orientation required, with ability to effectively resolve client issues in a professional and service-focused manner
Ability to understand and provide instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form
Ability to write logs and reports
Planning, organizing, and leadership skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):
Proficient in Smartsheet application
BENEFITS:
$75,000 to $87,000, depending on experience

Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
