The Manager, Revenue Strategy & Analytics leads a team delivering accurate, actionable insights that drive commercial performance. This role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics, partnering across pricing, sales, marketing, and product to build tools, reporting, and data-driven strategies. Success requires translating complex data into clear actions, adapting to shifting priorities, and enabling high-impact initiatives that improve pricing, customer experience, and overall business results.
This salary for this role starts at $130,000, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts by setting clear priorities, managing day-to-day workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee the extraction, cleansing, governance, and analysis of large internal and external data sets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and scalable reporting solutions through dashboards, analytical tools, and standardized processes
Develop analytical models and a holistic commercial analytics strategy focused on customer behavior, revenue optimization, and actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making
Partner with cross-functional and commercial leaders to identify business needs, translate them into data-driven solutions, and provide flexible analytical support for emerging priorities and high-impact initiatives
Represent the commercial function on enterprise-wide projects, presenting complex findings through executive-level materials and interactive presentations while influencing business decisions through clear, actionable recommendations
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in an analytical, business-related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field required
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data, transform large data sets into actionable insights, and leverage business intelligence, database management systems, Hyperion, and advanced Excel capabilities
Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to translate strategic vision into measurable results and effectively manage organizational change
Demonstrated project management expertise with experience driving process improvements, executing weekly, monthly, and annual deliverables, and managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and assume additional responsibilities as required
Knowledge of the car and equipment rental industry, including key market segments and business drivers, is a plus
