Summary The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is the Nation's risk advisor, working with partners to defend against today's threats and collaborating with industry to build a more secure and resilient infrastructure for the future. The official title of this position is Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12/13. Responsibilities Typical work assignments at the full performance level include, but are not limited to: Providing day-to-day support for the agency's front office Senior Executives. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with officials and executives inside and outside of the organization in support of cybersecurity and infrastructure security related matters. Coordinating and drafting quick-turn briefing materials and responses to the Department, White House and Congress on critical issues in support of senior leadership. Taking action, tracking, and ensuring completion of taskings and projects for senior leadership. Performing research and writing reports or other working documents that provide guidance on complex program issues. Drafting and reviewing correspondence, memoranda, briefings/announcements, or other documents relevant to program activities. Examining, analyzing, and identifing data required for use in the management and direction of programs that affect change within the Agency. You qualify at the GS-12 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level (or equivalent) performing all the following duties: Supporting senior leadership meetings by setting agendas, coordinating materials, capturing action items, and driving follow-ups; Developing and coordinating rapid-turn briefing materials and responses on critical issues for senior leadership; AND Executing assignments and coordinating work across functions various levels of the organization. You qualify at the GS-13 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) performing all the following duties: Serving as a liaison to support offices on matters and advising senior leadership on issues that may impact mission priorities; Evaluating of the effectiveness of programs and operations relating to policy, strategic planning, and external affairs coordination; Reviewing materials in advance of decision meetings to ensure leaders will have the information needed to make informed decisions; AND Tracking action items for agency leaders to completion.
