JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Position Title:
Security Analyst II (Compliance) Location: Remote (Must reside in
Wisconsin) Duration: Long-term contract Position Overview We are seeking
a Security Analyst II to support cybersecurity operations and compliance
initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on
risk assessment, security governance, incident response, and threat
analysis, while collaborating across IT and business teams to strengthen
overall security posture. Key Responsibilities * Support cybersecurity
policy execution, governance, and compliance activities * Conduct risk
assessments, audits, and regulatory alignment efforts * Interpret and
implement NIST, CJIS, ISO, and related frameworks * Monitor and respond
to cybersecurity alerts and incidents * Perform forensic investigations
and threat analysis (phishing, endpoint, network threats) * Develop
incident reports, playbooks, and technical documentation * Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to improve security processes and controls
* Contribute to vulnerability management and detection optimization *
Support security tools, SIEM tuning, and detection logic improvements
Required Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or
information security * Strong understanding of: * NIST Cybersecurity
Framework, RMF, and 800-53 controls * Security frameworks (CJIS, ISO,
etc.) * Experience with: * Incident response and forensic analysis
Cybersecurity alert triage and threat detection Phishing mitigation
and email threat analysis * Knowledge of risk management, compliance,
and audit processes * Strong technical writing and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and in a distributed team environment
Preferred Qualifications * Experience tuning SIEM rules and detection
logic * Exposure to endpoint, network, and cloud security technologies
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders * Experience improving processes and supporting
